The team is led by Monica Yao, who has 22 years international experience in United States, UK, Dubai, Singapore. We've worked with some of the leading names in hospitality and food retail including: Shangri-La Group, Jumeirah International, A.S.Watson, Selfridges & Co, Harvey Nichols and Planet Hollywood.

Our culinary team is led and trained by Italian, Claudio Conforti. For over 26 years, Claudio Conforti has lived and breathed hospitality. With 14 years experience in Hong Kong, he has worked in some of the city’s most inspiring kitchens on both an operational and managerial level.

Twice awarded the title of Gold Award Pizza Champion in Hong Kong, Claudio prides himself on his culinary creativity and aptitude for unlocking an ingredient’s potential. From hotel fine dining to school cafeteria cuisine, Claudio enjoys being able to do what he does best, fill bellies and bring back empty plates.
